  1. The employee should step towards the clock and tap on the Transfer icon. (If the camera attempts to start scanning tap on Stop Scanning then tap on the totals icon.)

  2. When the PIN entry window appears tap on Scan Face.

  3. Scan an employee’s face which has been enrolled.

  4. A confirmation beep will sound and the list of available department will display.

  5. Tap the desired department. A confirmation screen will display, showing the department into which the employee transferred.

  1. The employee should step towards the clock and stop when their face is within 9 - 25 inches; the clock will detect the employee and start the face recognition automatically.

  2. With the face detected, the screen will display the employee's image and a message will show at the bottom of the screen guiding the employee .

  3. When the employee's face is in the correct position a blue frame will display on the screen and the clock will scan the employee's image.

  4. When the employee is successfully verified the Select Transaction... screen will display.

  5. The employee will tap the Transfer button on the touchscreen of the clock.

  6. A confirmation beep will sound, and the list of available departments will display.

  7. Tap the desired department. A confirmation screen will display, showing the department into which the employee transferred.
